How do I request a prescription refill?

Prescription refills are provided for patients who have been seen within the last calendar year. You can request a refill by calling our office or through your pharmacy.

What is your policy for late arrivals and no-shows?

Patients arriving more than 30 minutes late will still be seen, but adjustments may be made to ensure other patients are seen on time. For no-shows, we do not charge a fee; however, after two no-shows without prior notice, another appointment will not be offered.

How do I get my test results?

Test results are typically reviewed during a follow-up appointment. However, you can also receive results through our patient portal or via phone once they are available.

How do I pay my bill?

We accept all major credit cards, and you can pay over the phone or in person at our office.

Do you offer telemedicine appointments?

Yes, we offer telemedicine appointments for patients who prefer to be seen remotely. Please call our office to schedule a virtual visit.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us after hours, please call our main office number at 954-331-0104, and your call will be directed to our after-hours service.

How do I get a referral?

If your insurance requires a referral, please have your primary care physician fax it to us at 954-378-9914. Be sure to indicate when you need to be scheduled, whether immediately, within one week, within one month, or based on patient preference.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent but non-life-threatening concerns, contact our office during business hours or through our after-hours service.
